How secure is my client's data?

We’ve teamed with the best payment processor around which is a certified PCI service provider level 1, which is the highest level of certification in the payment industry! They use the best tools around to maintain the highest level of security.

Do you have reporting and analytics?

Yes! We have so many reports to help you figure out the ins and outs of your business so you can work smarter not harder.

Can I ban a client from booking?

Yes, we’ve all had that crazy client that you would love to never see again and we’ve got your back!

Do you offer waitlists?

Yes! Offering your client a waitlist can increase your revenue by 28%* and we want to put every dollar possible in your pocket!

What cards can you accept?

We pretty much accept everything! Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Debit Cards.

How much are transactions?

For US and Canada transactions by terminal (chip, tap or swipe) fees are 2.7% + 5 cents. Payment links are 2.9% + 30 cents, and manually entered cards are 3.4% + 30 cents.

Do you have deposits and cancellation fees?

We know how frustrating it can be to lose money because your booking software doesn’t take deposits or charge cancellation fees, which is why we have made it so you can customize your deposits and cancellation fees how you see fit.

Do clients have to provide a credit card to book?

No, clients are not required to put in a credit card unless you require deposits for appointments.

Can I sell products online?

Yes! Increase your revenue by setting up shop right in the same place as everything else, we truly are an all in one service!

Can my clients book on Instagram or Facebook?

Yes, with Beauty Books you get a personal URL to add into your social media or website for clients to easily book appointments with their favorite lash artist (you)!

Can I have staff?

Yes! We have 3 types of membership tiers, one for every kind of lash salon whether you're a solo lash artist or have employees!

Can I have multiple locations?

Yes, not only can you have multiple locations, you can have them on one account!

What devices can this be used with?

Apple iOS (iPads & iPhone), Android and desktop!

Do I need Hardware?

No! We know hardware can be a pain for some people, which is why we’ve created the ability to be able to send your clients a payment link, contactless tap to pay on your phone, and manual input. So you always have more than one way to collect that money honey!
